Antifraud Quality & Process Jr. Specialist - JAKARTA

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Monitoring incoming high priority case that received from all fraud channels to ensure they are investigated by AF Investigators and done within SLA.
  • Check all sample cases that investigated by AF Investigator and ensure every sample cases are investigated properly based on AF policy and procedure. Prepare quality check report and give recommendation about the sample case to direct superior to be used as based on investigator's bonus data.
  • Conduct quality checking by sampling case to other related department or unit due to anticipate fraud (Operation, Sales support, Security)
  • Tracking the investigation process, analyze and interact with investigator to ensure the investigators are understand the purpose of investigation.
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating Matrix or script of Fingerprint, Welcome Call, Suspicious Document, Hotline Fraud, Complaint, GSPN – AF Tools to ensure all process related with AF is running effectively.
  • Review traininig strategy of Risk and regularly up date and review training material recommendation about AF to sales training so that every SA will have proper knowledge about AF.
  • Liaise with QA from other related department to order to improve anti-fraud strategy.
  • Review and update procedures and assist in the development and implementation of procedures as required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable University
  • At least 1 year experience as a Quality Assurance review for solution design and process improvement.
  • Has strong analytical
  • Able to do logical approach for process improvement
  • Good interpersonal Skill
  • Excellent communication

Antifraud Data Analyst - JAKARTA

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Provide analysis of product portfolio, POS, transactions, operations with adequate anti-fraud approach to be able to identify fraud risk trends and propose action steps.
  • Support implementation of antifraud processes for most critical portfolios (portfolios with biggest impact, prevention) to prevent fraud activity in the company.
  • Perform anti-fraud reporting & monitoring to ensure quick escalation of serious fraud cases to the Management Board and HQ level.
  • Provide data analysis needed to support AF investigation.
  • Implement and maintain automatic database solutions of antifraud tools to support Company current needs.
  • Design and adjust antifraud reports to support Company current needs
Kualifikasi Minimum
  • Minimum University degree.
  • Has 2+ years experience in Fraud Risk analysis in consumer finance environment including fraud prevention, detection and ivestigation (application and transaction fraud).
  • Experience in data manipalation / using database.
  • Good knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, MS Excel including VBA.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Willing to learn new skills.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Presentation skills.

Antifraud Business Intelligence Assistant Manager - JAKARTA

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Develop, optimize and monitor DWH tools and processes (Oracle PL/SQL) in order to increase efficiency of fraud detection tools and to keep sustainable DWH performance.
  • Set the standards in data counting and reporting, develop tools for automatic data handling.
  • Help and provide guidance to Antifraud analysts team with data/coding related tasks.
  • Provide analyses of product portfolio, POS, transactions, operations with adequate anti-fraud approach to be able to identify fraud risk trends and propose action steps.
  • Support implementation of antifraud processes for most critical portfolios (portfolios with biggest impact).
  • Perform anti-fraud reporting & monitoring to ensure quick escalation of serious fraud cases to the supervisor.
  • Co-work on running the fingerprint devices and software for fraud prevention
Kualifikasi Minimum
  • Minimum University degree (mathematics, statistics, IT preferable)
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Strong in data handling, data warehousing and data engineering - PL/SQL
  • At least 3 years experience in data analyses and/or BI
  • Strong analytical background
  • Result oriented and willing to learn new things
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under presure
  • Confidence in handling several tasks in parallel - multi-tasking
